We need more accountability and transparency at Town Hall, safer roads and calmer neighbourhoods, and a context-sensitive approach to planning that protects our natural ecosystems and rural character. Fiscal responsibility 
Fiscal responsibility and fiduciary duty to taxpayers is paramount. The goal is not to burden residents with further tax increases - we must budget responsibly.


Accountability Connect spending to outcomes: clear priorities, clear costs, clear results. 

Rural charm 
We should end cash-in-lieu of parkland and deliver real green space. Preserve the character and quality of life that make Ward 2 special.

 Complete communities Development must mean complete communities: natural heritage, trails, and local parks and shops - not just houses. 

Environment and planning
The environment must be central in every planning decision, not a checkbox at the end. We need to protect wetlands, streams, creeks, valley lands, and meadows - these can’t be replaced.
